Privacy Policy
ReelScriptLab ("we", "us") is a pre-launch product. This page explains what personal data we collect when you join our early-access list, why, and the rights you have over it. We keep this deliberately short and will publish a fuller policy before the product launches.
What we collect
- Your email address, submitted through the sign-up form on this site.
- Which landing page you came from (a simple A/B label), so we can understand which message resonated.
- Standard technical data your browser sends (e.g. approximate region, device type). We do not run advertising trackers on these pages.
Why we collect it (legal basis)
We process your email on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, for one purpose: to email you occasional updates about the launch and early access. That's it — no spam, no selling your data, no sharing it with advertisers.
Where it's stored
We store sign-ups in MailerLite, our email provider, which acts as our data processor. Your data may be processed on their infrastructure under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Until launch and a reasonable period after, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, which removes you from the list.
Your rights — and how to use them
Your data stays yours. At any time you can simply email us to:
- See what data we hold on you and how it's processed;
- Have it corrected, restricted, or erased;
- Withdraw your consent to us processing it;
- Remove yourself from the list entirely, along with everything linked to it.
Just write to us at the address below — we'll take care of it quickly, usually within a few days. We'd always rather sort things out with you directly and fast.
(For completeness: under UK GDPR you also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office. We hope you'll never need to — reach out to us first and we'll make it right.)
